Shipping policy
- Free standard shipping to Western Canada (AB, BC, MB & SK) for orders of $80 or more. Minimum orders for free shipping to ON/Atlantics and Quebec is $90.
- Due to difficulties of air delivery, we are unable to offer delivery service for following the provinces at the moment - Yukon and Nunavut.
- We ship to the Northwest Territories! Shipping cost will be presented automatically, during check out.
- P.O.BOX addresses are excluded from free shipping offers and may be subjected to increased shipping costs than stated here.
- Local pick up and delivery service available for residents in Edmonton, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park. Local delivery cost for orders below minimum order price for each zone will be automatically set to $5.
- Local delivery for locations is available for locations up to 50km from business location at $7.50 for a minimum order of $50. Orders of $75 or more will be delivered for free at such locations.
- Local delivery costs are calculated as follows based on order price and distance to business location.

- Delivery time estimates are calculated from the day the merchandise is shipped and are usually between 1 - 10 business days.
- Shipping costs subject to change without prior notice. However, no changes will be made to shipping cost once an order has been made and paid for.
- All orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. In the event that this is not possible, customers will be notified by email.
- Cancellation has to be done before shipping. Cancellation after shipping will be subject to the return policy.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded for shipments returned due to customer's mistakes (e.g incorrect address, name, etc.) or unclaimed order.
